Liquid Schedule

Terms of Service

The terms for using Liquid Schedule and taking part in the beta.

Effective October 22, 2026

1. The service and beta

Liquid Schedule, Inc. provides a shared planning application for production teams. Beta features and availability may change as the service develops. An invitation or account does not promise support for every production format or a particular feature.

A particular pilot may also be covered by a separate Pilot Use Agreement.

2. Accounts and team access

Provide accurate account details and keep your credentials private. Invite people only when you are authorized to share the relevant project information. Do not use another person’s account or attempt to bypass access controls.

3. Your material

You retain rights in the material you bring to Liquid Schedule. You must have permission to upload it and to share it with the people you invite. The service needs permission to process that material to provide the functions you use.

4. Planning and decisions

Plans, estimates and suggested changes support human judgment. Review timing, coverage, people, costs and operating constraints before relying on a plan. A proposal, preview or automated suggestion is not a person’s approval.

5. Responsible use

Do not use the service unlawfully, disrupt its operation, introduce harmful content or access material you are not authorized to see. Respect other people’s privacy and any confidentiality obligations attached to project material.

6. Liquid Schedule materials

Liquid Schedule’s branding, interface, software and demonstration materials remain the property of Liquid Schedule or their respective owners. Access to the beta does not transfer ownership of those materials.

7. Changes and access

The beta may change or pause while we test it. Keep your own copies of production-critical material. We may suspend access that breaks these terms, and you can stop using Liquid Schedule at any time.

8. Fees during the beta

The beta is free. If we introduce paid plans, we’ll tell you before you’re charged anything.

9. The beta is provided as is

During the beta, Liquid Schedule is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. Liquid Schedule, Inc. isn’t liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Governing law

Liquid Schedule, Inc. is a Delaware corporation. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, and any legal action will be brought in the courts located in Delaware.
