1. Who this covers
Liquid Schedule, Inc. provides Liquid Schedule. This policy covers our website, beta requests, accounts and the project material you choose to add to the app.
2. Information you provide
Contact details and what you tell us when you request beta access or contact us. Account details when you sign up. Project material you add, such as plans, references, notes and decisions. Sign-in is handled by the app’s authentication service, and we never ask for your password by email or message.
Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical information, such as browser type and pages visited, to keep the service running and secure.
3. How information is used
To respond to beta requests, run your account and the planning service, support you and improve Liquid Schedule. We use the context you give us to understand the work you’re planning. We don’t sell your personal information.
4. Service providers and AI
We use trusted service providers for hosting, data storage, sign-in, email, analytics and AI features. They process information only to provide those services to us. A current list is available on request.
Some features use AI services to read the material you add, for example to pull dates and deliverables from a brief. That material is sent only to provide the feature. We don’t use your project material to train AI models, and our AI providers don’t either. We may use de-identified, aggregated usage data, such as how often plans change, to improve Liquid Schedule.
5. Project material and access
Only add material you’re permitted to share, and consider confidentiality before uploading references or inviting people into a project. Access to project information follows the account permissions in the app.
6. Cookies and analytics
Signing in uses essential session cookies. We measure site visits with privacy-friendly analytics that don’t use cookies or identify you. We don’t use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. The interactive examples on this website keep your choices in your browser until you close the tab.
7. Keeping and deleting information
We keep account and project information while your account is active. If you close your account or ask us to delete it, we delete it within 30 days. Backup copies are overwritten within 90 days.
Before a project is deleted, we keep an anonymous record of how its plan behaved, such as how long setups ran and how much changed. It has no names, text, files, client details, locations or dates, and it can’t be linked back to you or the project. We use it only to improve Liquid Schedule.
We may keep a limited record where the law requires it, or to resolve a dispute or prevent abuse.
Beta requests and contact messages are kept for up to two years so we can follow up, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
8. Your requests
Use the contact page to ask what information we hold about you, or to request a correction or deletion. We may need to verify the account before acting on a request.
